Fifteen years ago, I was diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar disorder. To this day, I have religiously taken my medications and been under the care of a doctor, albeit with only twice a year visits. However, I don’t believe what I have is an “illness,” even if I face a daily battle. Herein lies my experiences, techniques, and random musings on natural mental variation.  Tao of X embraces this variable nature and explores the logical eventualities of associative thought when applied to madness, in any connotative light.
